Refund policy
Please remember that tubers come in all shapes and sizes. Some are big, some are really small, and it doesn't matter. As long as they have an "eye", a neck and body (even if they aren't well defined) they will make a beautiful dahlia. Some varieties make tubers that are larger than others. It also doesn't matter if part of the body has been trimmed off. Maybe it was overly large or had a spot that could eventually rot. Just like a potato you can trim off a bit of the body and it doesn't effect the tuber's ability to produce.
